The following are some of the questions we have been asked recently.

1. Do you have food on hand ready to sell ?
   - Yes and No. We usually have some Tripe and Egg & Cheese on hand, but we usually don't have any extra Mountain Dog Food products. We put in a different Mountain Dog Food order each time based on what folks have asked us for.



2. How often do you put in an order for Mountain Dog Food products ?
   - We usually place an order every 4 to 5 weeks or about once a month.



3. How do you calculate the shipping charges on Mountain Dog Food orders ?
   - Mountain Dog Food has negotiated a volume price with Erb Trucking for shipping their products around Ontario. Erb Trucking adjusts the "rate" each week based on the current fuel prices. Once the order ships we are notified of the final cost and we prorate that cost on a per pound basis.
   For example; if the total order weights 300 lbs, the total shipping cost is $66 and you have ordered 80 lbs of food. Your share of the shipping cost would be ($66 / 300 lbs) X 80 lbs = $17.60
